Review: The Marriage Alliance

The Marriage Alliance The Marriage Alliance by Mageela Troche
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This book is recommended to only people above the Age of 18 years since it contains two graphic sex scenes.

I always wanted to read a book based on Political Marriage but the most of the books are rated below 3.5 Stars . This one does a proper justice to the Situation. A Small book of 120 some pages shows the situation and explains the characters very well.

I would have liked it if the book was even more lengthier. The author hasn't wasted time on describing how the city looks or how the area looks. There are no description related to clan wars. It considers only the point of view of romance.

Alisa Cameron : A gentle soul who was considered as invaluable and was married to Ducan for a political alliance. The character is very extraordinary who is very strong and determined. She is very girly at times and mature at others. The book has a lot of humar especially bcs of Alisa Cameron

Ducan: A feirce warrior but a gentleman. He considered dominating Alisa but little did he know that he will end up in love.

The book is told from the pov of both Alisa and Ducan and sometimes from a 3rd person.

The Author has just magic in her hands. In one chapter she makes us laugh but the next one she takes us to the edge of crying.

I might have cried reading few areas if i wasnt reading it at my workplace and couldnt even laugh aloud ended up smiling for most of the middle part of the book.

Recommended to everyone who likes a cheesy romance.
