Review: Dryad-Born

This is the 8th book of Jeff Wheeler i am reading and i must say this i was surprised by this one.

I have always seen in the books of Jeff that he always close the happenings of the things in the book. In the end of the book the characters always achieve a milestone and the next book tells about what they faces next.

It was a different one for it didn't end at a milestone or perhaps it did but in a very unusal way when compared to others. I loved this book a lot and i am hoping the end of the book will be good as well. Only thing i haven't understood so far is that if the Mirrowen and Medium is one world but with different name in different world then how are there no mention of whispers in this particular series.

In the muirwood series the medium always spoke of the guidance but i never saw one. Also another most crucial question i had was about the women's. In muirwood they always spoke of the evil lady kingdom which is rival to the medium but here we have seen no one. The only women of higher position is one living in sourage lands. Perhaps she is the one but what i do not understand is if she is the one then why does she even fight with the Rikes? Shouldn't she be helping Rikes to kill all... So many questions i have.. Perhaps they will be answered in the next book..
